Weston 6th Birthday Party

We decided to celebrate Weston's 6th birthday at a park. As we got there, it rained hard and there was thunder and lighting, but it passed quickly. We were under a pavilion so we were fine and the kids didn't mind the slides were wet!
My sweet little family!

Enjoying the summer with my sister and family!

4th of July

We were having our monthly dinner with Wally's family and I was in charge of dessert, so I decided we were going to make different kinds of treats... rice krispies treats (flags), strawberry jello w/ blueberries (stars), brownie pops, a choc chip cookie pizza, and of course, brownies! I realize now that I didn't take pictures of all the treats, but at least we got pictures of US making the treats. Have to say that the jello didn't make it to Grandma's house... it melted!!!! Duh, huh? But it was way too hot outside!!! Oh well. Anyways, after spending the afternoon making treats, we went to Wally's grandma's house for a wonderful dinner and then we went to my parents' to do fireworks.

Moms and Muffins

Weston's best friend, Shianne.
May 4, 2010. Thanks to my very nice neighbor, Dara, that gave me a ride, I was able to go to "Moms and Muffins", at the school, with Noah and enjoy a little breakfast with Weston. He was happy that I was able to come and Noah loves visiting Weston's school.

Proud of his "90s"

"90s"? If you know angles or anything about plumbing, you know what I'm talking about.
I thought of adding some pictures of the things Wally accomplishes at work. He really enjoys what he does, but lately I had to ask him if all he does, with Anthony (his co-worker and friend), is take pictures of each other back and forth!! Joke! He has been showing me pictures of Anthony working and Anthony emails him pictures of Wally working... I think I'm exxagerating a little! hahahahaha :) At leat the pictures show they ARE working!
Wally has no fear of heights and I've always known he's tall and strong, but at work they finally realized that, his height and strenght and now they call him "the mule"!!!!
p.s. Notice Wally WAY up there in this last picture...
Today Wally starts working on the "skirts of Pasadena, TX", 78 miles one way, from our house... What! Poor little Honda, oh, and Wally!!

Boat tour

On April, 17th, we went as a family to a free 90-minute round trip along the Houston Ship Channel. We had fun because it was everyone's first time to get on any kind of boat! It was educational, not that the kids will remember what the guy was saying, but they liked looking at the old huge boats and we got to wave bye to some people working on the other side, on the boats. The breeze was very nice. Towards the end, we enjoyed some free cold sodas.
